Mom's Jello Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup flour
1 cube butter melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 pkg. chopped walnuts

Second Layer:
1 small strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
8 oz cream cheese
1 9 oz. cool whip
3/4 cup sugar

Third Layer:

1 large package strawberry jello
3 cups boiling water

Cooking Instructions

Grease a 13 x 9 cake pan

Mix all the ingredients for crust and spread into a thin layer of baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes and then let cool

For second layer- mix small jello package and 1 cup boiling water and set aside. Whip together cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar. Mix in the jello that was set aside. Pour over crust and put in fridge to chill for a half hour to 45 minutes

Prepare large jello with 3 cups boiling. When pouring over the second layer, pour over a spoon so it pours slowly, put in fridge and let set.
