Strawberry Crunch Tres Leches Cake
Ingredients
Whip Cream Topping:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Crunch Topping:
Gold Oreos
Strawberry Jello
Melted Butter
Tres Leches Mixture:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
2 cups strawberries
Cake:
Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist Strawberry Cake
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Crunch Topping:
Gold Oreos
Strawberry Jello
Melted Butter
Tres Leches Mixture:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
2 cups strawberries
Cake:
Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist Strawberry Cake
Cooking Instructions
For the cake:
Follow instructions on the box, except substitute water with milk. Once done let cool and then poke holes all over cake with a fork.
For Tres Leches Mixture:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and then pour over the cake.
For Whip Cream Topping:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use hand mixer to mix until whip cream is formed. Spread over cake.
For Crunch Topping:
Smash golden oreos. Combine with small box of strawberry jello. Pour melted butter over both and toss until mixed well. Sprinkle on top of whipped cream and put in fridge.
