Turkey Brine
Ingredients
<p>1 1/2 cups Apple Cider</p><p>16 cups waters</p><p>3/4 cup Kosher Salt</p><p>1 cup brown sugar</p><p>3 bay leaves</p><p>Peels from 2 oranges</p><p>10 cloves fresh garlic/minced</p><p>1 1/2 tbs peppercorns</p><p>3 tbs. fresh rosemary</p>
Cooking Instructions
<p>Bring all ingredients to a boil and then let it cool. Place brine and turkey in a brine bag for 24 hours. Rotate the turkey about half way through. Remove from bag, pat dry and then season and cook turkey as you normally would.</p><p></p>
