Cooking Instructions

<p>Prep the wings:</p><p>1.&nbsp; Pat wings completely dry with paper towels - this is crucial for crispiness</p><p>2.&nbsp; In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder and all seasonings</p><p>3.&nbsp; Let wings sit a room temperature for 15-20 minutes (or refrigerate uncovered for 1-8 hours for extra crispiness)</p><p>Air Fry the Wings:</p><p>1.&nbsp; Preheat air fryer to 380° (my air fryer 375°) for 3 minutes.</p><p>2.&nbsp; First cook:&nbsp; place wings in air fryer basket in single layer (work in batches if needed).&nbsp; Cook for 10 minutes</p><p>3.&nbsp; Flip wings and cook another 10 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°.</p><p></p>
