Chicken Wings
Ingredients
<p>2 lbs. chicken wings</p><p>1 tbsp. baking powder</p><p>1 tsp. salt</p><p>1 tsp. brown sugar</p><p>1/2 tsp. black pepper</p><p>1/2 tsp. garlic powder</p><p>1/2 tsp. onion powder</p><p>Meat Church The Gospel Seasoning</p>
Cooking Instructions
<p>Prep the wings:</p><p>1. Pat wings completely dry with paper towels - this is crucial for crispiness</p><p>2. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder and all seasonings</p><p>3. Let wings sit a room temperature for 15-20 minutes (or refrigerate uncovered for 1-8 hours for extra crispiness)</p><p>Air Fry the Wings:</p><p>1. Preheat air fryer to 380° (my air fryer 375°) for 3 minutes.</p><p>2. First cook: place wings in air fryer basket in single layer (work in batches if needed). Cook for 10 minutes</p><p>3. Flip wings and cook another 10 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°.</p><p></p>
