Grilled Artichoke

Ingredients

Large Artichokes
Mayonnaise
Ice Water
BBQ Grill

Cooking Instructions

Peel bottom leaves and clean the bottom portion of the artichoke
Cut in half and de-fir the insides
Boil in salted water for 10 minutes and place in Ice bath
Brush with Canola Oil and sprinkle with season salt
