Asian Pork Tenderloing Packets
Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
2 teaspoons spicy stir-fry sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
4 12x12 inch sheets of aluminum foil

Cooking Instructions
1. Divide pork slices and veggies and place on sheets of aluminum foil
2. Mix sweet and sour sauce, stir-fry sauce, sesame oil and ginger into a small bowl; spoon evenly over pork and vegetables
3. Fold the foil into a packet. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes at 450 degrees or until pork reaches 160 degrees and vegetables are crisp-tender
