French Potatoes
Ingredients
10-12 medium red potatoes
1 stick butter
1 ham steak
5-6 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
1 pint heavy cream
Granulated garlic and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
Cube potatoes and cook in microwave for 30 minutes, stirring after 10 and 20 minutes.
Cube and pan cook ham steak until most of the moisture from the ham has dissolved.
Melt butter in saucepan and then pour into casserole dish.
Add granulated garlic and pepper to taste. (I use quite a bit of garlic.)
Add cubed ham steak to butter and stir until ham is coated. Once potatoes are done add and stir until potatoes are coated.
Pour parmesan cheese on top and then pour heavy cream over entire mixture.
Bake at 425 for roughly 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly.
