Cauliflower Pizza
Ingredients
For Crust:
1 cup grated cauliflower
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 reduced fat mozzarella
For Topping:
1/4 cup Rao's marinara sauce
1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 oz turkey pepperoni (15 slices)

Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
Mix together crust ingredients and then spread out evenly and thin on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip pizza crust.
Place bake in oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove crust from oven, add toppings and put back in oven for another 5 minutes.
The whole pizza is one full lean and green and meal.
