Chicken Cauliflower Mushroom Alfredo
Ingredients
1 rotisserie Chicken
1 Costco Bag of Cauliflower
Baby Portabello Mushrooms (or you can you whatever vegetables you want)
1 Stick Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
2 cups heavy whipping cream (1 pint)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cooking Instructions
Pull all the chicken from the bone and shred. Steam vegetables to desired tenderness. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the flour, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and stir until well mixed. Add in parmesan cheese, a little at a time so that the cheese gets good and melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once it starts to thicken up a little bit it is ready to go. Pour everything into one big bowl and stir to coat the chicken and veggies.
