Turkey Brine
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Apple Cider
16 cups waters
3/4 cup Kosher Salt
1 cup brown sugar
3 bay leaves
Peels from 2 oranges
10 cloves fresh garlic/minced
1 1/2 tbs peppercorns
3 tbs. fresh rosemary
Cooking Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil and then let it cool. Place brine and turkey in a brine bag for 24 hours. Rotate the turkey about half way through. Remove from bag, pat dry and then season and cook turkey as you normally would.
