Prime Rib Roast

Prime Rib

Paprika

Cooking Instructions
Season the roast the night before!
Refrigerate
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees (Make sure the rack is in the center of the oven)
Once preheated, put prime rib in for 25 minutes at 500 degrees
Drop temperature to 200 degrees and cook as desired, roughly 20-30 minutes per pound (see below)
125-135 degrees for rare
135-145 degrees for medium rare
145-155 degrees for medium
155-165 degrees for med well
165 degrees and above for well done
Remove from oven and let sit for at least 15 minute before cutting
